Girleewoo reserves the right to accept or decline your order beyond you receiving order confirmation. Should your order be declined, and the order is legitimate, a full refund will be given to the payment method used in the sale. We may also contact you should we not be able to fulfil the order in the timeframe. This is particularly true, though not necessarily limited to, very large orders. No order will be dispatched before full payment. Precious metal prices are continuously changing and should we find ourselves in the unlikely event of being unable to fulfil an order due to a dramatic increase, we will contact the buyer to either take payment to cover this cost or offer a full refund or alternative. All prices are quoted in Australian dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice. Other 3rd party websites may display incorrect prices and we are under no obligation to honour these. Similarly if the incorrect price or discount is displayed or applied on our site, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel items at an incorrect price. We aim to be accurate with our product descriptions however, things like weights and dimensions are averages and there may be a reasonable margin of error. If we are unable to source a particular product (such as a gemstone) we will contact the buyer to offer replacement, refund or timeframe for the item to be sourced.

Girleewoo is not liable for incorrectly entered addresses or addresses not recognised by Australia Post. We ship using Australia Post with tracking and signature and are unable to redirect mail once it has been dispatched. Unfortunately, we do not currently ship internationally, only to addresses within Australia. We cannot refund or replace items that have been delivered according to Australian Post tracking. We are not liable for delays in the post service although we make every effort to dispatch items as soon as possible. An email will be sent with your tracking details on dispatch for your peace of mind.
