RETURNS POLICY

Girleewoo Fine Jewellery is made and finished to a high standard with the finest materials and customer satisfaction is important.  Due to the delicate nature of our jewellery it is important to set out our returns policy as below;  If you have any concerns or questions before or after you buy, you can contact us for further details.

 

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

We gladly offer an exchange or credit note within 14 days of purchase.  Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your return process.  It is the buyer’s responsibility to post the item back in its original condition and original packaging within this time frame.  The buyer [customer] will incur a postage fee for an exchange item to be sent out. The item will be inspected by our team to ensure it is in original, saleable condition before exchange or credit note is issued.

 

Should the item have signs of wear, damage or should it not be in original saleable condition, the item will be returned to the buyer at their expense.

 

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds, nor can we accept exchanges on earrings for change of mind returns.

 

FAULTY ITEMS

We place a 6 month guarantee from time of purchase on products.  It is then at the discretion of Girleewoo to either repair or refund reasonable requests. Wear and tear or accidental damage is not included in this guarantee.  Girleewoo will send out repaired or replaced item or refund when satisfied it is liable for the fault.
